Attendance at The Work Beneath events is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that:

If at any time you need to step away, take a break, or leave an event early, you are welcome to do so.

Artists who apply and are selected to participate in The Work Beneath agree to:

• Share content that reflects their own experiences and perspectives
• Respect the vulnerability and stories shared by other artists and audience members
• Communicate openly with hosts regarding availability, needs, or concerns
   

The Work Beneath reserves the right to adjust event format, scheduling, or participation as needed to support the integrity of the series.

Events operate on a Pay-What-You-Can model. When applicable:

• Artist payout percentages will be clearly communicated in advance
• Payments are distributed as outlined prior to the event
   

The Work Beneath is not responsible for individual art sales conducted directly between artists and attendees.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of The Work Beneath unless otherwise credited. Artists retain full ownership of their artwork, stories, and intellectual property shared during events.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content without prior written permission.

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that:

• You may appear in photos or videos taken in public event spaces
• These images may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials
   

If you have concerns about being photographed, please speak with the hosts before or during the event.

The Work Beneath is committed to creating welcoming, inclusive, and accessible spaces. We ask all participants to engage with kindness, respect, and care for others.
